HILLARY CLINTON - I COULD ONLY PRAY TO SATAN THAT I COULD MAKE ENOUGH MONEY OFF BRIBES SUCKING AS JOE BIDEN

Biden’s influence-peddling is consistent with what I wrote in my book, 'Capitol Hills Criminal Underground'

By Richard Lawless

More than three years ago, MedLaw publishing released my book, “Capitol Hills Criminal Underground” in which I, the book's author, describe a long-running “protection racket” being run by then-Vice President Joe Biden, as well  as Attorney  General Eric Holder and New York Senator, Chuck Schumer.

Joe Biden says things, and then there’s reality

Joe Biden is out in Pennsylvania saying that Trump got rich the old-fashioned way: he inherited it.  At least that is an honest way to get rich.  Trump inherited money, and he took a massive amount of risk and created a huge number of jobs.

Biden, on the other hand, got rich the same way a lot of politicians get rich.  He used his powerful position in government and took his son around the world on government-paid transportation, collecting kickbacks from a number of adversaries, including Russia, Ukraine, and China.  The only thing the Biden family had to sell was access to Joe.  They did not take risks.  They did not develop anything.  They did not have a service or product to sell.  They did not create jobs.  They created shell companies to launder the money through.  That is not an honest way to get rich, but a lot of corrupt politicians have achieved wealth the same way.

Biden also claims that Trump doesn't pay taxes.  He pays a huge amount of taxes — whether it is real estate taxes, payroll taxes, or income taxes when the tax code shows he owes them.

That is unlike Hunter, who sometimes didn't file tax returns when he didn't feel like it and didn't worry about following the tax code.  And it certainly appears that there were payments to Joe that were classified as loans with no documents to show they were loans.  That means they were income.  It also appears that Hunter paid a significant amount of Daddy's bills, which would also be a taxable event.

If I were advising Biden, I would also tell him to stop pretending his policies have brought inflation down.

Joe also claims that his policies have significantly brought down inflation.  Maybe statistically, but average people’s inflation is still way up.  The poor, the middle class, and seniors on fixed income are being decimated by the price of necessities that have skyrocketed due to Biden’s policies, especially on energy.

For example, I received my homeowner’s insurance bill this week.  It is up over 15% from last year.  I have never had a claim, have an excellent credit score, and have a $2,000 deductible along with a 10% deductible on earthquake insurance.  We built our house 36 years ago, and in Springfield, Illinois, the value has increased only one or two percent per year, at most.  It sure doesn't help to live in the state with the second highest property tax rate in the country.

If I were to sell my house, the result may be $350,000 or so.  The problem is that due to skyrocketing inflation, the insurance company makes me insure it for replacement value, which the company says is $811,000, plus insurance for outbuildings, which I don't have.

There is also a story out there about caregivers having "diaper insecurity," which means they can't afford diapers because of high inflation.

I wonder why people look back at Trump's policies fondly.  Could it be that we had a good economy with rising real wages, affordable energy, and inflation staying below 2% despite COVID?

I don't remember diaper insecurity stories while Trump was in office.

It's no wonder the media and other Democrats want to convict Trump of something, even if they have to create a crime.  They sure don't want to run on Biden's disastrous foreign and domestic policies or the results.

In 2016, Hillary and the DNC couldn't defeat Trump based on their policies or results, and they must not have been able to find truthful stuff that would destroy him, so they paid to create a fictional dossier and used swamp creatures in D.C. to beat him..

It is a shame that Democrats are so jealous of families that develop businesses and create wealth that they want to confiscate a huge percentage of that wealth when these earners die.  The Democrats are the greedy ones, who always play the class card, along with the race card.  The Chinese would be proud.

Hunter Biden’s Attorneys to Seek Dismissal of Tax Case as ‘Politically Motivated’

A U.S. judge on Wednesday will be asked to dismiss the criminal case accusing Hunter Biden of evading $1.4 million in taxes.

Attorneys for the president’s son will argue prosecutors bowed to political pressure from Republican lawmakers investigating his father.

Nine charges, including three felonies: allegedly failing to file taxes, evading an assessment, and filing a fraudulent form, are at issue.

Reuters reports Hunter Biden’s lawyers will appear before U.S. District Judge Mark Scarsi in federal court in Los Angeles to press several legal challenges to the charges, including an argument he was selectively targeted by prosecutors in response to Republican criticism over alleged earlier lenient treatment.

Hunter Biden, 54, pleaded not guilty to failing to pay $1.4 million in taxes between 2016 and 2019, while spending millions of dollars on drugs, escorts, exotic cars and other big-ticket items. His lawyer has said he paid back the money in full.

If convicted on these charges, Hunter Biden could face up to 17 years in prison.

The father of four is also facing federal charges over felony gun offences, to which he has already pleaded not guilty.

The trial is due to start June 20, a few months before Americans vote in a November presidential election already shaping as a tight  contest between Joe Biden and Donald Trump.

Special Counsel David Weiss, who brought both cases, has accused Hunter Biden’s legal team of spreading “conspiracy theories” about the prosecution and said the justice department, under the Biden administration, would not act at the direction of Republican lawmakers.

LIKE MOST LAWYERS, JOE IS A SOCIOPATH. THERE IS NOT TRUTH OUT THERE THAT CAN'T BE GAMED!

WHAT? JOE BIDEN A LYING GAMER PARASITE LAWYER????

For nearly two decades, President Joe Biden has told a story about why he devoted his life to politics. He repeated the tale, at the risk of facing criminal charges for lying to a federal agent, while speaking to Special Counsel Robert Hur in October 2023.

SHITBAG FROM A FAMILY OF SHITBAG LAWYERS!

Fresh out of law school and working as a clerk at a high-powered Wilmington, Delaware, law firm, Biden, in his telling, was tapped to defend a construction company sued by a 23-year-old welder who "lost part of his penis and one of his testicles" to a fire that broke out when he was working inside a chimney at a Delaware City plant. Thanks to Biden’s shrewd legal defense on the construction company’s behalf, the injured man lost the case.

For nearly two decades, President Joe Biden has told a story about why he devoted his life to politics. He repeated the tale, at the risk of facing criminal charges for lying to a federal agent, while speaking to Special Counsel Robert Hur in October 2023.

"I wrote this memo. And son of a b—, it prevailed," Biden told Hur on Oct. 8. "And I looked over at that kid…and I thought, ‘son of a b—, I’m in the wrong business, I'm not made for this.’"

Biden said he was so wracked with guilt that he concocted an excuse to avoid a celebratory lunch with one of the firm’s named partners and walked into the public defender’s office to ask for a job that very day. It’s "the only time I ever lied," Biden told Hur on Oct. 8. Thus began, according to a New York Times report on the special counsel interview, "a career that would one day take him to the White House."

But this story is almost certainly a

complete work of fiction.

Although Biden did work at a law firm tapped to defend a construction company in a negligence suit like the one he described to Hur, the case concluded in 1968, while Biden was still in law school. And the welder won, walking away with $315,000, more than $2.8 million in 2024 dollars.

Biden, whose 1988 presidential campaign collapsed amid allegations that he had plagiarized speeches and a law school paper, has a long record of embellishments and yarn spinning. Over the years, he has told several stories about himself that don’t stand up to scrutiny. Those fibs range from the small and peculiar—he claimed in November 2023 that he was offered a spot on the Naval Academy’s football team—to the mendacious, such as his insistence that he never spoke with his son, Hunter Biden, about the latter’s foreign business dealings.

This report is based on a review of court records obtained from the National Archives as well as contemporaneous news reports and interviews with Biden’s former law firm colleagues and federal court clerks.

Over the years, Biden has told different versions of the welder story. He told Hur that he received several offers from "prestigious law firms," one of which he landed because of his good looks. Biden says he accepted a job at Prickett, Ward, Burt & Sanders but could not begin work until he passed the bar exam and started as a law clerk at the firm.

In his 2007 memoir, however, Biden says he had very few job prospects after his 1968 graduation from Syracuse University Law School and that Prickett took a chance on him, offering him a role despite his poor grades—including the F he received in a torts class after he was caught plagiarizing.

Regardless, Biden began work at Prickett in 1968 and spent about a year at the firm. It was there, Biden says, that senior partner William Prickett tapped him to draft a motion to dismiss a case against the firm’s client, Catalytic Construction Company, which had been sued by a welder who had been engulfed in flames while working inside a chimney at a Delaware plant.

If there was any "slightly contributory negligence," Biden said to Hur, "you were out." So, Biden told Hur that, in his brief, he leveraged the welder’s failure to wear protective gear and argued the worker bore legal responsibility for his misfortune.

The Washington Free Beacon was unable to find any record of Biden working on a case that fits this description or any record of Prickett handling such a case while Biden was in the firm's employ.

Biden’s story bears a striking resemblance to a case Prickett took on while Biden was still an undergraduate at the University of Delaware. Some of the language Biden used in recounting the incident to Hur matches that found in an article published by the Wilmington News-Journal, which Biden reportedly reads daily.

In May 1962, Joseph Januszewski, a welder for the Catalytic Construction Company, was working inside a chimney at the Stauffer Chemical plant in Delaware. At one point, the News-Journal reported, "sparks from his torch apparently ignited a chemical substance used to clean water" and engulfed his body in flames.

The accident left Januszewski disfigured. Surgeons amputated his leg at the thigh and he was wheelchair bound until his death in 1972.

A Pennsylvanian who was 56 years old at the time of the accident, Januszewski was working inside a "vessel" at the plant when the accident occurred, a detail Biden emphasized during his interview with Hur. Both Januszewski and his wife sued the Catalytic Construction Company in 1964. William Prickett represented Catalytic.

Whether Januszewski was left without a penis, as Biden claimed, is unclear.

In April 1968, a federal jury sided with Januszewski and awarded him $315,000, a massive sum worth more than $2.8 million in 2024 dollars.

It is extremely unlikely that Biden had any involvement in the case. He was 21 years old when Januszewski filed suit in May 1964. At the time, Biden was completing his junior year at the University of Delaware in Newark. He was finishing his law degree at Syracuse University when a federal jury ruled in Januszewski’s favor four years later, and didn’t start working for Prickett, Ward, Burt & Sanders until at least June 1968, according to his memoir. By then, records show, the case had concluded. No appeal was filed.

There is a possibility that Biden is referring to another civil case tried in the late 1960s in the District Court of Delaware or its Pennsylvania counterpart that saw William Prickett defending the Catalytic Construction Company against a welder and his wife suing over burns sustained while working inside a "vessel" at a company plant.

But if there was such a case, no one can locate it. The District Court of Delaware only keeps records for cases dating back to 1974, a clerk told the Free Beacon. Nor does Prickett, Ward, Burt & Sanders have any records on it. A spokesman for the firm, which is now named Prickett, Jones & Elliot, told the Free Beacon that its records from the Januszewski case and any others in the late 1960s have long been destroyed. William Prickett died in 2014.

"We are familiar with the passage in Mr. Biden’s autobiography discussing our firm and a civil action William Prickett and Mr. Biden worked on," the spokesman said. "Unfortunately we cannot confirm that the Januszewski matter is the one to which the autobiography refers. Any records from the case, and other matters the firm handled in the late 1960s, are well outside the time period of our records retention policy and have likely been destroyed."

The Free Beacon obtained a copy of the case records from the National Archives in Washington, D.C. A staff member there could not locate any cases with similar fact patterns.

Spokesmen for the White House did not respond to requests for comment.

Update 8:33 a.m.: This piece has been updated to reflect that Biden was not under oath while speaking to Hur, but could still face criminal charges for lying to a federal agent.

WHERE DID ALL OF JOE BIDEN'S LOOT COME FROM???

There it is.  That's the issue.  To begin, you have the corrupt family Biden.  They've been scamming us and our system well for almost fifty years.  The man is supposedly worth over 250 million dollars.  How is this possible on his salary?  It's not.  So where did his wealth come from?  Not from being a brilliant businessman. DAVID PRENTICE

JOE BIDEN is known as a serial liar, a "public servant" who has somehow managed to accrue tremendous wealth, a race-baiting opportunist, Catholic-in-name-only, and a bought-and-paid-for politician in bed with criminal cartels and foreign foes.  In another era, Joe Biden would have been run out of his country much the same way Benedict Arnold was two and a half centuries ago; in an era when integrity, honor, fortitude, fidelity, and grit have been jettisoned for immorality, unscrupulousness, weakness, betrayal, and craven pliability, however, he is elevated to king sleazeball in a city drowning in sleaze. Obama Has Terrible Judgment, But He Was Right About One Thing

Narcissist former president backed Hillary Clinton over Joe Biden in 2016

Joe Biden is still annoyed that Barack Obama didn't want him to run for president in 2016 (or 2020). He even brought this up to Special Counsel Robert Hur seemingly unprompted during their discussions about classified documents.

"By the way, there were still a lot of people at the time ... that were encouraging me to run [for president] in this period, except [Obama]," Biden recalled, according to interview transcripts published last week. "He just thought that [Hillary Clinton] had a better shot of winning the presidency than I did."

Obama was wrong, obviously. Hillary Clinton was never going to win a presidential election. Practically every living American, including Biden, had a better shot of beating Donald Trump in 2016. Nevertheless, Obama tried again in 2020 to stop his former vice president from running. "You don't have to do this, Joe, you really don’t," he reportedly told Biden in 2019. The rest is history.

Multimillionaire Obamas Haven't Donated to Joe Biden's Campaign

For a guy who served two terms in the White House, and will probably be the first U.S. president to become a billionaire after leaving office, Obama's political instincts are shockingly bad. After going all in for Hillary in 2016, he was reportedly "enamored" with Beto O'Rourke during the Democratic primary in 2020. After making a splashy debut with the help of a Vanity Fair cover story, Beto dropped out of the race three months before the Iowa caucuses.

There is at least one thing Obama was (sort of) right about. He tried to warn Democrats (and the rest of us) in 2020 not to "underestimate Joe's ability to f— things up." Even though Biden proved Obama wrong about his ability to win an election, Obama was basically right about Biden's prodigious capacity for self-humiliation and f—ing things up for everyone else.

Generally speaking, though, no one cares what Obama thinks about anything. He's the worst. We don't need another pathological narcissist spouting their bad opinions about politics. He should focus on getting rich, producing movies for Netflix, and finishing volume two of his presidential memoir.
