Former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton said Saturday that Rep. Lance Gooden’s (R-TX) accusation that Rep. Judy Chu (D-CA) could have a connection to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is “false, racist, and xenophobic.”
Clinton’s remark came after several Democrats in Congress spoke out against Gooden for drawing attention to Chu and asserting she was an “honorary president” of a group called the All America Chinese Youth Federation (AACYF), leaders of which, Gooden said, allegedly belonged to front groups for the CCP.
Chu categorically denied any affiliation to the group on February 14.
The next day, Gooden led a handful of Republicans in writing a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray that was mainly about Biden appointee Dominic Ng’s possible ties to CCP front groups but also zeroed in on Chu.

In the letter, Gooden said Chu advocated for Ng’s appointment to his current position, and Gooden asserted she was the honorary president of AACYF, despite her denying it the day before.
Chu and others in the Congressional Asian Pacific American Caucus condemned Gooden’s letter, issuing a statement defending Ng and accusing Gooden of “profiling.”
“No Chinese Americans—indeed no Americans—should face suspicions of disloyalty or treason based on their ethnicity, nation of origin, or that of their family members,” they wrote . “That kind of profiling is beneath us all, particularly those entrusted with public office.”
Gooden appeared on Fox News a few days later where he doubled down on his comments about Chu, saying, “We’re standing up to Communist China, and these Democrats’ first reaction is to come to their defense and call us all racist.”
Gooden continued:
I question [Chu’s] either loyalty or competence. If she doesn’t realize what’s going on then she’s totally out of touch with one of her core constituencies. I think she has drug along the other Chinese American members to sign this letter, but I do think she’s the ringleader and I’m really disappointed and shocked that someone like Judy Chu would have a security clearance and be entitled to confidential intelligence briefings until this is figured out.
Gooden’s comments sparked outrage from Democrats, including, most recently, Clinton, as well as Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY), Chu herself, and others.
“The attacks on Rep. Judy Chu are false, racist, and xenophobic. All people of conscience should stand together to say so,” Clinton wrote on social media.
Jeffries said in a statement Gooden’s “slanderous accusation of disloyalty against Rep. Chu is dangerous, unconscionable and xenophobic.”
Chu, for her part, said during an MSNBC interview that Gooden’s comments about her were “absolutely outrageous and disgusting.”
“It’s based on false information spread by an extreme right-wing website, but furthermore, it’s racist,” she said. “I very much doubt that he’d be spreading these lies were I not of Chinese American descent.”
Gooden’s initial letter and the subsequent reactions came after the conservative Daily Caller published a string of stories on both Ng and Chu in January and February.
The outlet reported that Ng, the East West Bank CEO and a Biden donor whom Biden appointed last year to the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Business Advisory Council, had been a member of two groups that the outlet found were front groups for the CCP’s United Front Work Department, which works to assert the Chinese government’s influence overseas.
Likewise, the outlet connected Chu to members of the two front groups, as well as to the AACYF.
Gooden and other Republicans wrote in their letter to Wray that the Biden administration had “allowed the CCP to infiltrate the third-party sector and, consequently, political leaders that have existing relationships to these groups and are privy to U.S. intelligence.”
“Further encroachments cannot be tolerated,” they wrote and requested Wray provide Congress with a report “on the extent of Mr. Ng’s knowledge of sensitive information, as well as any potential violations of the Espionage Act.”

One topic that Hillary is quick to criticize President Trump on is his relationship with Saudia Arabia. It’s ironic given the Clinton Foundation’s refusal to state that they will no longer accept financial donations from The Kingdom as others have.
But the Clinton Foundation, to which donations declined dramatically after Clinton’s 2016 defeat, has taken multi-million dollar contributions from Saudi Arabia in the past and isn’t ruling out continuing to accept them.
The Clinton Foundation accepted between $10 and $25 million from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with donations coming as late as 2014. A now-defunct group named “Friends of Saudi Arabia,” which was reportedly co-founded by a Saudi Prince and often worked as a PR front for the kingdom, also donated between $1 and $5 million.
Qatar's longstanding efforts to buy influence in the United States have, quite unsurprisingly, included substantial donations to the Clinton Foundation. In 2011, for example, the foundation accepted a $1 million gift from Qatar in honor of former president Bill Clinton's 65th birthday. She also declined to prosecute OneWest , run by now-Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin from 2009-2015, after her own prosecutors said they discovered over a thousand violations of foreclosure law committed by the bank. (OneWest donated $6,500 to Harris' attorney general campaign in 2011, and Mnuchin himself donated $2,000 to her Senate campaign in 2016.)
Harris is no friend of religious liberty. Her recent decision to exclaim in the year of our Lord, which has been conveniently picked up by her staff, is a ploy designed to appeal to unassuming Christian voters impressed by "God talk." As the old adage says, actions speak louder than words, and on this score, Harris fails to convince. It is the handmaidens working for Planned Parenthood who have joked about selling aborted baby body parts. And it was Kamala Harris , when she was A.G. of California, who viciously prosecuted the young man who exposed that scandal, after she had received a hefty donation from Planned Parenthood.

As most people know, prior to her being a Senator, she served as the chief prosecutor for the city of San Francisco. Now, complaints are coming forward that she flat out refused to pursue criminal cases against Catholic priest s who allegedly sexually battered children.
People who say they were victims of childhood sexual abuse call out Harris for not doing all that she could to prosecute their cases.

Industry publication American Banker noted that her steadiest stream of campaign funding has come from financial industry professionals and their most trusted law firms. Harris has often been described as a "politician on the make," someone who will do whatever is expedient. Writing for RealClearPolitics, Debra Saunders calls Harris a "progressive opportunist." WFB's Alana Goodman: Biden Think Tanks a 'Sketchier Version of the Clinton Foundation' VIDEO Washington Free Beacon reporter Alana Goodman appeared on Fox News's Tucker Carlson Tonight on Wednesday to discuss her reporting on the millions of dollars in foreign donations that flowed into Joe Biden-affiliated think tanks, saying they are "like a sketchier version of the Clinton Foundation."
"At least the Clinton Foundation disclosed a list of its donors," Goodman said. "There are no similar requirements for the set-ups that Biden has at these universities."
The University of Delaware has received $6,704,250 in donations from China and $23,610,996 from Saudi Arabia since launching the Biden Institute, which is run by Biden's sister Valerie Biden Owens, in 2017. The school refuses to disclose if the foreign donations went to Biden's institute.
The University of Pennsylvania, meanwhile, took in $61 million from Chinese donors in the three years after the launch of the Penn Biden Center in 2017. The school has similarly refused to disclose how much of the foreign donations were directed to the Biden Center.
"We know that foreign governments often use donations to universities in order to buy influence," Goodman said. "When you have a think tank tied to the president's name on a campus, that can be a recipe for disaster."
The FBI probed the Clinton Foundation in 2018 over foreign donations the charity received while Hillary Clinton served as secretary of state. Critics accused the Clintons of using the group to allow foreign governments to peddle influence. The foundation shut down its Global Initiative in the months after Hillary's 2016 loss.

Hunter has reportedly sold five paintings worth $75,000 each to an anonymous buyer. Hunter’s art dealer, Georges Bergès, has previously boasted he had strong ties to businessmen in Communist China, which has concerned many due to the Biden family’s business ventures abroad.
“We are 95% sure that that artwork went to China,” Comer said. “We don’t know where exactly that went to in China, but we’re going to try to find out when we get subpoena power.”

House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy said Saturday on FNC’s “One Nation” that he will bring the 51 intel agents that signed a letter that said the Hunter Biden information was Russia collusion to testify at a congressional hearing.
Host Brian Kilmeade asked, “We saw the revelations coming out of Twitter as Elon Musk is unmasking the corruption that existed there and the denials that they testified about. So for you personally you have another move you want to make. Not only do we want to hear from the former executives of Twitter and the other entities, but you have something else you want to say.”
McCarthy said, Yeah, I do. This is egregious what we are finding. They should not have section 230 to start out with, but we also have to go further. What did Facebook and Google do as well because they became an arm of the Democratic Party and an arm of government.”
He continued, “Those 51 intel agents that signed a letter that said the Hunter Biden information was all wrong — was Russia collusion — many of them have a security clearance. We are going to bring them before committee. I’m going to have them have a hearing. Why did they sign it? Why did they lie to the American public? A Clapper, a Brennan? Hunter Biden Rebuffs Congressional Investigation Hunter Biden, an unidentified man, and then-vice president Joe Biden in China in 2013 / Getty Images President Joe Biden's son Hunter is "refusing to provide the records" on his lucrative foreign business dealings to the Republican-led House Oversight Committee, the New York Post reported Wednesday.
Committee chairman James Comer (R., Ky.) said that Hunter Biden's records, as well as documents about the business dealings of business associates James Biden and Eric Schwerin, would "shed light on influence-peddling by the first family," the Post reported. The requests include all business "schedules, contact lists, and financial records" since 2009, when Joe Biden first became vice president.
Hunter Biden's attorney snubbed Comer's requests, calling the Oversight Committee's investigation "baseless." In response, the committee is "likely to subpoena the Bidens for the documents," the Post reported.
Hunter, who is under multiple investigations for tax evasion and his foreign ties, had access to the car near which his father improperly stored top-secret government documents, the Washington Free Beacon reported . At the same time, the scandal-plagued first son was handling deals with the shady Ukrainian company Burisma Holdings and the Chinese government-linked conglomerate CEFC China Energy .
An email from Biden's abandoned laptop said the "big guy" would receive 10 percent of the profit from the CEFC deal. The email's author has identified Joe Biden as the "big guy," the Post reported.
"Biden family members attempted to sell access around the world, including individuals who were connected to the Chinese Communist Party," Comer said. "If President Biden is compromised by deals with foreign adversaries and they are impacting his decision-making, this is a threat to national security."

Biden, and James Biden did not respond to
the Post 's requests for comment.
